University which I have spent 4 years(2012-2016), was able to see the illumination up to March every year from December.
Tokushima Prefecture has Nichia Corporation, which gave invention to the blue LED. The illuminations of my university use a lot of blue light-emitting diode.
Tokushima is a cold place. In addition the site of the university which is surrounded by high-rise buildings are blowing strong wind.
However, I continued pressing the shutter every year to convey the beauty of these illuminations.
It was difficult to take an oblong site.
The white light which is cold and is lit by the solemn world.
